The entire team believes in a better education for all cosmetologists. Our team is dedicated to improving themselves by attending ongoing advanced education, and learning from every client interaction.

The Headroom is a Redken Professional Salon and Luxury Retail Shop. Our relationship with our supplier allows us to be informed of new products and educational events. We stock the finest salon products available, with professionals who can provide advice for their proper usage.

The Headroom team takes pride in our work. Our guests can feel relaxed and enjoy visiting with any members of the team or browsing through our amazing selection of salon products.

Guest Policies

It is our mission to provide our guests with the ultimate beauty experience by offering superior services and products. Please note the following policies in place to ensure positive experiences for both yourself, our guest, as well as our service providers.

Our staff and guests are all wearing masks to comply with AHS recommendations and keep you (and us) safe, especially during this cold and flu season. We know that with Covid 19 worries, a simple cold means our stylist is forced to isolate for up to 10 days and is unable to earn a living during this time.

Should you wish to attend your appointment without wearing a mask, due to any reason at all, we have a private room and each salon dedicated to you! These rooms are reserved on a first come, first serve basis and may be requested at booking or when you arrive for your appointment (remembering there is just one room at each location).

No Show Policy

Any appointments no-showed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will receive a $20-75 Fee.

**Please advise asap if you are showing any symptoms of illness and we will simply reschedule your appointment for 14 days later.

eg) If you are scheduled for a haircut, your fee will be invoiced as $20-25 depending on your stylist. Colour no show fees are $50-75 depending on the type scheduled. We understand life happens; please provide 24 hours notice to avoid any charges.

Late Policy

Should you arrive 15 minutes+ late to any haircut appointment, we are unable to guarantee time for styling, and it may compromise your experience here. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time whenever possible!

If you are going to be late for your appointment, please call us to advise if you’re able to. We reserve the right to reschedule in order to maintain booking times for future guests. In this case, you will be subject to a No Show Fee.

Product & Service Guarantee

RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes the product you purchased may not be the right one for you, our first recommendation will always be to to ensure the proper use of the product but if that is still not the case and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to help you find the right one. In-store and online purchases are able to be exchanged between all locations, provided the below guidelines are met.

PRODUCT & HAIR TOOL RETURNS

All liquid products & hair tools may be returned with proof of purchase (in-store receipt, online order confirmation) for an exchange within 30 days of original purchase date. All original components (packaging, attachments, etc.) and any applicable free items must accompany your return. Returns without original proof of purchase may be accepted for exchange only. If you are unable to find a suitable exchange product, a gift card may be issued for the current value of the originally purchased product.

DEFECTIVE HAIR TOOLS

Hair Tools with a manufacturer defect can be exchanged with proof of purchase within one year of the original purchase date.

PERSONAL ITEMS & GIFT CARDS

Personal items such as clothes, combs, brushes, cosmetics, hair accessories, hair extensions, and Home Hair Colour items are final sale and not returnable. Gift Cards are final sale and are not refundable and/or not exchangeable.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Online return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Your online Order Confirmation must be presented when returning items purchased online or to one of our salon locations. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items to one of our salons. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


PAYBRIGHT

Orders paid for with Paybright are final sale and are not eligible for return in any of our Salon locations.

SALE & CLEARANCE

Both in salon and online items are while quantities last and are final sale.
