Can I upgrade my membership to the next tier?
Yes! We hope that you see how quickly your Bonus Points add up, and are LOVING the Blowouts you’re coming in for, and will happily upgrade your Club Experience here. Simply let us know in writing by emailing info@theheadroom.ca at least 15 days before your next payment, and we’ll make it happen for you!
HOT TIP: Each Membership Tier is $39 + Points Credit. Points Credit accrues, and is valid for 1 year from issue, so there is no rush to use anything by month end!
Can I pause/freeze my membership?
Yes! You can pause for up to 2 months per year with no penalty. Please keep in mind that your agreement is for 12 months – any paused months will be added to the back end of your membership.
HOT TIP: Contact the salon for any questions at all. Our Guest Experience Specialists respond to email at info@theheadroom.ca or by calling / texting the salon.
Find your favourite New Talent Stylist by calling the salon and asking for a referral, or booking a complimentary consultation.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes! Of course we hope that you are hooked for life, but we understand that changes happen. There is a cancellation fee [to repay the free items gifted upon sign up] if you decide to leave before your 12 month anniversary.
If it’s before your one year mark, the following fees will apply:
Essential Club $100, Elevated Club: $200, Exclusive Club: $300
Also remember: pausing is an option for up to 2 months per year, and that your services and points don’t expire for 365 days!
I WON'T BE ABLE TO USE MY BLOWOUT THIS MONTH. CAN I GIFT IT TO A FRIEND?
Your Monthly Blowout(s) are for you, and we don’t allow sharing, but you’re welcome to use it next month!
Your points and blowouts are valid for one year after being added to your account, so there’s no worry about missing out. If you’d like to purchase more of the cute Gift Vouchers, please email info@theheadroom.ca or talk to a Guest Experience Specialist today!
Do my points and blowouts expire?
You have 1 year from the time they are deposited to use your Membership Perks. Our system will automatically use your oldest blowout / points when utilizing for your reservations.
Pre-booking is always the best idea to ensure you receive the service you love, from the stylist you prefer, at the time you like! We are open 7 days a week and until 9pm Monday through Thursday.
Do I earn points for a partial spend?
No you do not.
Points are earned on retail purchase intervals of $100. or more. If you spend less than $100 in retail, no points are earned.
For every $100 a typical client spends (in retail items) they earn $1 in Point Credit.
Essential Club Members earn $2 for every $100.
Elevated Club Members earn $3 for every $100.
Exclusive Club Members earn $4 for every $100.
It adds up quickly, especially for our Extension, Calcium, and our Guests that support local and shop at The Headroom!
I have a new credit card coming - is there a fee for missing a payment?
Yes, but only after 2 failed attempts. Again, we know life happens! You will receive failed payment notices if this should happen. Please call us asap to update your account proactively to avoid any fees.
How can I make the most out of my CLUB Membership?
To risk oversimplifying this: come! Each month you’ll be accruing funds in the form of Point Credit. Each point = $1 for future spend, similar to a gift card. We will host events throughout the year and you will always know first. Watch your inbox… there may be a bonus offer in there still this year!
Looking for hair care on a budget? Tell us. We will recommend a service schedule to suit your needs [eg a tone with an apprentice between blondings to extend your colour, or ‘micro-trims’ between haircuts to avoid split ends while maintaining your length]. We will suggest specific products to help you achieve your goals at home. We may suggest a lower level hair stylist that specializes in your hair style to decrease the service price. We may suggest focusing on your part instead of highlighting your whole head.
Bottom line: there are ALWAYS ways we can adjust your appointment to keep luxury in your budget!
I had an AWESOME Blowout last week. How can I support my stylist?
We appreciate you too! Your referrals and loyalty are our greatest compliments, and you’re already doing that just by being in The CLUB!
