Her thoughtful nature, attention to detail, and passion for creating meaningful experiences make her an integral part of the elevated guest experience The Headroom is known for.

Outside of the salon, Devin channels her creativity into her baking business, Dev’s Dough & Co., where she creates homemade treats and custom orders for every occasion. From beautifully decorated desserts to comforting baked favourites, her passion for baking reflects the same care, attention, and personal touch she brings to her role at The Headroom. She loves creating things that bring people together and make life’s special moments even sweeter.
