Passion has been the fuel behind Danielle’s career. Born and raised in the salon industry by her late mother, Karen Lefley, Danielle had always aspired to open her own salon. Her vision for The Headroom was to create an exciting atmosphere that still allowed for relaxation; a place where both clients and staff would feel comfortable. Danielle’s passion for the art of hairstyling and dedication to her career shines throughout The Headroom and is known to her team and clientele alike. The PARTNERS | Elyse & Bailey
In 2022 Danielle opened up shares to her long time employees turned friends, Bailey Nicholson and Elyse Rodgers. These Master Stylists have poured countless hours into their roles here, mentoring dozens of stylists through The Headroom’s Associate Program and beyond.
Elyse is The Headroom’s General Manager and Education Lead
Bailey is The Headroom’s Financial Director, overseeing payroll, budgets and all things finances.
Together they are the #dreamteam that allows Danielle to focus on direction, the team to focus on their clients, and the company to thrive!
