Peak X Rooted Heart Grande Prairie Salon & Spa Wellness Program
We are super excited to be able to partake in Peak Beauty Academy’s Salon and Spa Wellness program every Monday at 4 o’clock pm at Rooted Heart Yoga & Art Studio where there will be a free guided class specifically for salon and spa professionals. The salon industry can be taxing on the body with a lot of standing, repetitive movements, with stress on feet, legs, arms and shoulders.Not to mention the mental energy exerted in creativity. We still believe it’s the best job in the world but we understand better than anyone the necessity of taking care of our team so they can have longevity in their craft. We are incredibly grateful to be able to have a class dedicated to our team’s physical and mental wellbeing.
