Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Perfect for Moms!)

Flex Time: Summer Flexibility (June 20 – August 15th)

As our Front Desk and Salon Coordinator, you will be the face of luxury, responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our esteemed clientele. Your vibrant personality and exceptional customer service skills will ensure that every guest receives personalized attention and feels pampered from the moment they step into our salon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet clients and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Manage appointment scheduling and ensure seamless coordination between clients and stylists.
• Provide information about salon services, products, and promotions.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
• Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist with retail sales and inventory management.
• Collaborate with salon staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• Energetic and outgoing personality with a passion for providing top-notch customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with salon operations or the beauty industry is a plus.
